Fields of the nephilim - burning the fields ep

Dawnrazor was generally well-received, though the band and the album were often criticised for the perceived similarity to the work of the British gothic rock band The Sisters of Mercy . [1] Trouser Press called it "an enjoyable creation, with some great songs [...], but the Sisters' influence is so strong that it tends to overshadow the Nephs' unique qualities." [4] Dave Dickson of the British music magazine Kerrang! praises the band for the concept of "Spaghetti-metal", inspired by the characters portrayed on the screen by Clint Eastwood , but he is less warm on the execution, starting with "the plagiarising of the master musician of Spaghetti Western , Ennio Morricone" and the "truck loads of effects" used to recreate the atmosphere of the movies. For these reasons, he gave the album two different scores. [3]

McCoy has two daughters, Scarlett and Eden, with his long-time partner Lynn. The Nephilim's 1996 album Zoon was dedicated to Scarlett. Both girls sing on Mourning Sun . McCoy comes from a religious background; he grew up in England with his mother, who was deeply religious, a Jehovah's Witness . [1] McCoy later dealt with his relation to Christianity critically in some of his songs such as "Chord of Souls". [1]

Unfortunately for Israel they have been branded with this symbol, which goes against what YHWH wanted for them.  It is called the Star of David, perhaps because he killed Goliath, a Nephilim giant.

Genesis 6 also describes the Nephilim, who were the corrupt strongmen of their time, notorious for their violent exploits (Genesis 6:4). These men were probably also descendants of Cain, who were terrorizing the peoples and represented at least part of the group whose thoughts were "only evil continually." The Nephilim that were described after the flood were also evil strongmen, but not related to those pre-flood people, since they were all destroyed in the flood.
